50ml Dumbarton Rock Blended Malt
1 egg white/ aquafaba (vg)
Juice of 1 lemon
25ml of sugar syrup
Lemon twist for garnish
Add Dumbarton Rock, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white/aquafaba to a shaker and shake until well combined (around 30 seconds) Add ice, shake again until chilled. Strain out into a rocks glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
